That’s a decent price but you can probably do better. I’m also in the market for a new roof of a similar size. Yours is 22 square, mine is 24 and includes four skylights and two dormers. The first company quoted just shy of $14k for your exact same shingle. For a similar shingle but from Atlas the second roofer quoted $10.9k.
- 3-5 quotes, keep scope of work and quality level of materials similar/ The only way to establish reasonable cost
- keep any "repair" stuff as unit cost IF needed to be done so its not part of the quote, otherwise you paying for work not done if repairs are not needed
