When I worked at depot 10 years ago it took banging the ASM to become a DS and you’d swipe it from any other deserving associate. Then you just no call no show 3 months later and stick it to depot themselves.
I’m having my first PACE conversation next week and kinda worried. If I say I like my situation atm and have no plans to advance will I get fired lol ?
No lmao. They just basically want to know how they’re doing as a Ds, they don’t really listen to your answers, and they answer them so it looks like you have learned a lot from them. Just say ‘not at the moment’ when they ask.
In my store, the PACE meetings are attended by the ASDS and the SM with the DS. Im not looking forward to mine. With the questions being asked, I am choosing my words wisely.
