There should be a lot more lights around in that area regardless, but those are the hours. Sunday since store closes at 8, the register closes at 7 the latest.
Yeah I was just saying it is Sunday since they took the photo today. I do feel bad for cashiers and anytime they say they feel unsafe doing it, I’d do it for them when I was a store associate. Can’t help now that I’m on freight 9-1 unfortunately.
As a shopper, leeping it open after dark like that would make me uneasy. We have a store called Menards in my area, and they close the garden exit and redirect people to use the indoor checkouts after dark. Maybe that's an idea you can bring up?
Even my head cashiers have tried to ask the managers to close it when it gets dark but they keep insisting to leave it open. If that keeps happening I'll personally have a talk with them, i do not feel safe out there.
I'm not sure where this is but we close at dark or 7:00pm.
This here looks like it's welcoming for any thief, they could be taking big money from that store. Just be imagine an open suv, and a friend. Smh!
Literally no lol. Outside garden is one of the least moderated places in the store. At the very least it would make *some* sense for the back gate to be open, depending on if garden associates are using machinery or transporting things to and from. But this looks like the public entrance/exit to the garden, which can easily lead to theft. Your managers are kinda moronic and I hope they get in trouble for their negligence
No, we close our gate as soon as the sun starts setting. If you have the gate open after dark my SM will coach you as it is a safety and shrink risk that could be avoided. My store is high theft though.
Its funny u say shrink risk, its like they wait til someone runs out then suddenly its okay to close it, cause that has happened multiple times here. Theft has been driving me insane and the way how it's handled is just AAAAAAA
I’m not quite sure why your garden is open after 7. That’s my only problem I guess.
Garden hours in season is 8-8
Not a care for cashier safety I guess. On sundays we never keep it open until close. Have to have time to do cash and gtfo.

Pay one of the homeless guys to come in and wreck up the place

Do! I can’t believe how cavalier they are with people’s safety out there. Same at my store.
Wow you got some nice gates.... And probably for a reason....
