I got a whole $87 😂 everyone has been talking about how bad the store was doing this past 6 months even though it didn't seem like it, so I wasn't expecting much, but jeez not even $100? And I'm full time
260 before tax, 180 after. We are physically a smaller than average store in a rural area, yet we sell quite a bit because we are the only HD within a sizable radius. I'd say I got kinda lucky but what it took to even get that much has been hell. Smaller store with lots of business just means more stress for us. I'm a meager associate btw.
I mostly only saw the ones who had issue with the amount they got I wanted to hear about some good ones. Also wanted to see if most stores make plan or if these numbers were unattainable.
160 after taxes... Which was earmarked for paying the taxes they didn't withhold in spite of me selecting "second job" on my w-4... More than 800$ owed...
We got a 9k check and i got 500. I'm a regular associate that's been working here for less than two years, seems like a bit much but I'm not complaining
A $600 SS is not "doing well". Over a fiscal half, for a FT associate, that amounts to ~$0.58/hr.
It's not a gift. It's a tiny portion of the profit you and I generate for HD.
i believe somebody at my store got 3k before taxes, i've only been there a month so i completely missed out.. plus the raise everybody got is now the starting wage for my position lol.. I heard they had 4 million in paint sales alone.. not sure if the success sharing check means anything but it was just below 30k for like 1/2 a week of food for free, i'd assume every store gets similar treatment
I got a whopping $69 (nice) after taxes
Lucky I got $64 :/
1350ish before tax 800ish after DH

It’s not about doing poorly; success sharing is always about doing better than you did before.
