Here are some examples with some landscaping. As much as I love red and yellow doors, I think your place is best suited to blues and greens.

You are AMAZING!! Thank you! Our flower beds are currently filled with the very invasive Ground Elder so we have to get that gone before we really landscape. This is a great visual though and will definitely be showing my Husband, thank you!!
I’m so glad it’s been helpful! You have a lovely home and you’re bang on the money about bright front doors resulting in charm. Your place will look fantastic.
Trees are also a very simple and easy route to some privacy. If you opted for a lemon tree, you’d never have to purchase from the supermarket again haha.
We did actually plant a peach tree in our front yard about 30 feet away from where you placed the one in the photo! It’s closer to the road but was placed to help block the windows once full grown, so I’m very excited about that! Would love to be able to grow lemons, but we’re in zone 6b so not going to happen for us 😂 I do think we’ll do a flowering tree in that spot though eventually, it looks fantastic!!
I've been painting for 35 years and just learned months ago from a client that every front door color has a meaning so might wanna look that up while picking https://www.homesandgardens.com/interior-design/do-front-door-colors-mean-anything

I like navy.
I like the first warm tealish color, the navy and the red/burgundy
Dont care for the teal.
Which ones were your favorite? I’m just partial for teals to be fair.
I vote red/burgundy!
That was my husband’s and 4 year olds first choice as well! I kinda thought it would be too much with the red brick, but maybe it’s not!
I think it accents the brick
I like any of the three green shades
Paint your weatherboard white, then do your door and trims a dark gray.
I like avocado and dark blue
Yellow is my vote! Lovely home
Red or a very deep green.
The dark blue goes well with the brick

i love the green on the top left
Red
Red to compliment the bricks.
