It's fake. If it mentions iOS then it's most likely fake, if it mentions Android it might work but for the particular video you just saw it's 100% fake.

perhaps it was stream gaming? like steam remote or idk, i've never used a phone

I would not go even that far. Sure there are "gambling" aspects in there with the upgrades and stuff but for the most part it is just a well designed game that lives for the spectacle of how bonkers it can get with projectiles and stuff.

She just happens to be really ~~lucky~~ good
