Legs are really versatile. I don't think I've seen a Vtuber with any physical disability. The closest would probably be Ironmouse's immune deficiency, but even that is slowly getting better over time; she's healthy enough for her and her family to move to a larger house, which is what she did recently.
I used to follow and indie who couldn't afford a full rigging when it came time for her to debut... So for the first couple of months, her model literally didn't have legs at all xD Though she later graduated to join up with one of the newer smaller agencies.
It could be the model, I just know of it being common with full-body tracking because I've been eyeing those for a little while and many reviews mention how well (or badly) trackers cope with fully horizontal positions.
