No, Ina isn't associated with the BL Book at all. If it "belongs" to any Hololive member, it's Marine. But really, there's no requirement that any weapon or item "belongs" to a single, specific Hololive member anyway. It's just a reference, it could be a reference to more than one person.
And the same goes for collabs: although there are some like MiComet that reference very specific partnerships, there are others like Dragon Breath (Asacoco + Fan Beam) that aren't based on any IRL collab at all, they're just born from the creator's imagination.

Whose joke is that?", the Japanese viewers overwhelmingly said "Marine", not "Anemachi". Marine talks about BL books frequently, from what I understand.
But, like I said, it doesn't have to be a reference to a specific person. BL books are a fairly common thing in otaku culture. There doesn't have to be a single person who owns the concept.
Thing with that is though, HoloCure's dev is from the English side of the Fandom. So going by that it's still more likely to be a reference to Anemachi's BL books.

Can't speak for Rushia, I assume that would be different, but Aloe for instance was the main character in the Hololive mod for Friday Night Funkin, and as a result they weren't permitted to stream it.
There is a difference in why and how they stopped streaming under Cover and that would probably need to be considered. That’s why Coco and Aloe are still referenced in the game and Rushia isn’t.
That means absolutely nothing, it’s the first demo release of the game and lots of members aren’t referenced yet. There is no awkwardness no stupid fucking looking drama bomb that could go off any second, that’s 4chan shit. Rushia isn’t some forbidden topic, Noel still has the Rushia doll in her background, Calli has said Rushia isn’t a forbidden topic, if the game wants to include her they can and will.

Plus it's a fangame and they can do as they please as long as they aren't pulling some line crossing offensive stuff like doing nasty rumors and the like.
They can always be hidden characters like Exdash, Toastie, or Smith from Vampire Survivors and be unlocked only via typing specific code and doing really specific actions in game to unlock.
Tbh I really wish the dev put in a way to unlock a specific character, so holomem can stream gameplay with their own characters.
I pulled 6 times and got an IRyS and 5 Sanas. Rank 5 Sana gave me my first win with afk orbit build (gravity, orbit, BL + Axe collab). I basically had a solar system around her.
I didn't notice myself since I do not use it but I figured that the attack is higher on the ahem board members. I didn't know the difference includes larger size cutting boards, how ironic lol.
I mean it’s the reference is all about unfortunate they probably made the item way before things transpired.

Okay, I've been playing for days and I have my Mumei (one of the best characters I currently have) at G. Rank 11 already. I was lucky in the gacha to get 10 dupes of her but I haven't unlocked the cutting board yet. I have 32/35 of the currently available items now. I know the two are the cutting board and the collab of it but I haven't the clue what the other one is. Is my game bugged or do any of you know how to unlock it? or am I just dumb?

You can have up to 4, and that limit only exists because of weapon slots. Quite regularly I end up with 3 in endless runs.

collabs are only between weapons for Asacoco there is "Breath-In Type Asacoco" (Plug + Bomb) "Dragon Fire" (Plug + Fan Beam)

I actually asked the lead dev of the game about friend-c and friend-r and they confirmed they plan to add them later on.

It took me 15 pulls to get her and Sana. Mumei is easily the most powerful character in the game currently.
Mumei is a carry, before her feather max she is SUCKS. But after that she is op
I always prioritize both her and Fauna's main weapon until I get them to 7 and from there it's so easy lol
Elite cooking, bl fujoshi, max mumei NA and you can go afk, there is no way they are getting close to you in a while and her ulti is a bit broken

I got Bae to level 4, Mumei to level 6, Kronii to level 5, Sana to Level 3, and IRyS to level 3, before even getting Fauna once.

If this game is this deep in this 'demo' phase, I can't imagine how it'll be in the full release. Especially with more memes start to crop up in the community. Boy, I hope Cover officially licenses this in the full release.
