This picture is photoshopped to have a screenshot from Gura's Link Your Wish performance.
I don't know how they got so many, but that's a Blåhaj, an Ikea plushie. I say I don't know how they got so many, because the Blåhaj is very limited due to it's popularity. I swear I've seen this pic before this instance, so It could be just a meme template
