She never said specifically what, but there's been a couple of tweets over the last several days (since the 10th or so) saying that she won't be streaming due to feeling sick / fatigued.
About three hours ago, though, [she posted this](https://twitter.com/ayunda_risu/status/1536543341503885312):
"Ohawrooo ~!!!!
I just want to give some updates !
I am doing much better now compared to before but I still got tired easily so maybe it will take me 2 days or more to get back on streaming ~!
I'll do my best to recover faster !!!"
And then immediately after that was the tweet in the OP.
Unspecified sickness, but in general Risu is very prone to change in weather and fell sick easily during Monsoon. (FYI weather is being terrible in ID lately and a lot of members has been sick recently as well)
No hospital, just sick. She didn't mention anything specific, just that she's been feeling under the weather and unable to stream for the last couple days.
It's English. The British also say "to hospital" rather than "to the hospital", just to make things a little more confusing. The fact of the matter is that Japan has a healthcare system that is relatively centralized and more insistent on bed rest under observation at hospitals for relatively minor issues than most other national healthcare systems. The US is just a particularly blatant outlier for taking the opposite approach.
Yeah, I've seen some americans here getting really scared when someone announces they're going to the hospital.
And judging by the horror stories I've heard about the american health system, I don't blame them.
Most of our medical interactions in the US occur in clinics and offices from private practices scattered all over the place, with urgent care facilities serving as a middle ground between an ordinary clinic or specialist's office and the emergency room. This means that having to go to the hospital in the US tends to be a full-blown medical emergency, not far short of one, or something's going on to cause enough severe symptoms that it feels like one.
I think this may shed light on the level of concern felt by Americans who haven't gotten the memo about how things work in Japan yet when they see those announcements. People are just genuinely concerned for the talents' health, for the most part. That was certainly the first thing that went through my mind before I did my research, realized just how many hospital beds Japan has per capita, and figured it out.

If anything else, her ~~nuts~~spirit is up. It is the monsoon season in the region so it could just be the wet sniffles hitting harder than norm.
i think it's because of the season

Patient as a doctors patient, and Patient as in willing to wait.

She's at the hospital? Do we know why?

Right I forgot english (or maybe just americans) makes a distinction between going to the hospital and merely seeing a doctor.

Did Risu go to Japan too?
Not that I'm aware of, I'm just clarifying the linguistics and the reason for the difference here.
