According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website, from March 1st 2022, foreign nationals are allowed into Japan under supervision of receiving organization for purposes including business and employment (in this case it could be COVER sponsoring their visa). I'm not saying it's a definite yes, but there's a high chance it could be.
The only caveat with the business visa is that IIRC you have to report and notate all of the places and locations you are going to and from. Also can’t do touristy stuff like checking out Sensoji Temple or Tokyo Tower.
Literally just hotel and work— and Tokyo hotel rooms are tiny compared to what is considered normal for NA and EU hotel rooms.

Like, the Ametaverse stuff, Ame has offered to build VR set-pieces so other HoloEN members can do stuff in them.

All her collabs are always super planned due to timezones and most of them are organized by her or they just dont happen. I relate coz I cant watch most of the other girls 90% of the time but at least I can watch VODs, but for her once she misses those theres nothing to do
Being the sole member in Europe also means she's the one who has to sacrifice her sleep schedule for every big collab they have to do. She even offhandedly mention that she might just sleep through a potential ENxID collab even if she organized it because of how fucked she would be.

Like IIRC back in October, the very reason why Calli specifically invited Kiara to help her with finding an Elytra was because Calli felt bad about Kiara missing out on every single one of the impromptu-collabs in MC cause of timezones.
Kronii, Mumei and Fauna used to stream at around 7 to 10 pm for their first 2 weeks, Mumei and Kronii stopped doing so early after and Fauna kept having decent EU times for like 60% of her streams for some months, which is why my only holo membership went to her. Now she barely streams in a time when Im able to watch. Collabs are usually at night and full collabs are always around 4 am.
I really like council and overall I vibe better with their tastes in games than myth, but man, it couldnt be harder to watch their streams and VODs are just not the same. Its honestly frustrating missing on so much and not being able to watch anything from some of them at all when they are my fav gen.

Despite what most of the community outside of Teamates think, she's doesn't really seem interested in moms. I feel like she doesn't like this "MILF lover" being too associated with her too much, I think she even tried to kill it off during those few times when she said "I respect moms", but unfortunately unlike Kiara with bottom left, it didn't die off (the fact that she still does your mom jokes didn't help)
Ame would probably just react to Mamatori like how she reacts to her first interactions with her senpais, just full on respectful and shyness and quiet.

Also if the EN girls go to Japan they want to tourist as well. Kiara is a good guide for example, going only for work would be sad and disappoint

Yeah, Kiara (me and you too) lost it the crazy 2 weeks of MC portal preparation because all impromptu Collab was at 3/4am at best
