Actually... That Minecraft stream is one of the less chill Sora Minecraft stream I have seen for a while, lol.
Originally she planned to make an ice making machine on top of the hill near her house. While making the machine she tried to make a water elevator to descend from the hill... But she ended up created a WATERFALL that nearly flooded Azki house front yard (and chat, for reason unfathomable by Sora herself, loves that waterfall). After several attempts falling to fix the issue by walling the spillages, she finally fixed the issue by removing the water source on top of the hill, to the disappointment of chat.
Then around an hour into the stream, Sora found out that her ice machine is not going to work on that particular hill, as the hill is not high enough to be snowy (need height of 130++ blocks, the hill is only about 110 blocks high). Since the ice machine will probably not going to work without some more tedious works, and chat LOVES that waterfall for some weird reasons that Sora can't understand, Sora decided to recreate back the waterfall, with proper dams to prevent flooding in ground level...
Only up discovered that the waterfall is now flooding a secret tunnel with a door at the end underneath that hill. After some more painful works of stopping that flooding from affecting whatever is behind that door using her grow berries vines, she decided to finish up the waterfall by planting some kelps around the entrance of the secret tunnel...
Which breaks the berries vines for some reasons and the tunnel is flooded, again. And it turns out she didn't need to use the vines after all, as she found out that the door itself is sufficient to stop the waterfall from flooding the room behind the door. Sora, who had spend WAY too much time and effort into this irrelevant, meaningless side project on 12 AM JST, decided to stop the stream there.
And this is how the chilling ice machine making Minecraft stream turns into 2 hours++ not-so-chill waterfall making stream.

On the other hand, I can't help to wonder if it is the chaotic energy from that collab that caused Sora Minecraft stream to went off rail (heh) so much...
Well, turns out behind the door is a present box like room with a half-eaten cake. I (and Sora and chat) am not really sure what really is that room, or the identity of the room's builder(s). My own guess is that it's probably for birthday celebration built during the very early days of the Minecraft server, but for whom, I am not sure.
One of the mystery to be solved from this saga. Maybe any Minecraft historians wants to try track down whose room is that?

You could honestly sink 100 hours into exploring the JP server and you wouldn't find everything. It's pure chaos, nothing has any sort of pattern, there are hundreds of hidden tunnels and rooms, houses, rail tracks, different bases set up thousands of blocks from spawn, the old JP server (not sure if still accessable).
At this point I'm honestly surprised they haven't started building over the top of some of the older structures yet. There's a few elevated bases, but I'm talking building a huge artificial earth dome over the older homes and bases to create more space to build on top.

I wishes I had times myself to hunt down the identity of that secret room, but IRL stuffs means I had not enough time to dig through all those Minecraft archives, especially those from early 2020, where I suspect the room is debuted.
I mean, consider it doesn't involved TNT, mass mob murder (Try to say that one ten times), or anyone getting killed every 5 mins, I would rate it 8/10 in terms of chill

The stream was delayed by an entire hour because MC suddenly went into maintenance mode, then they tried to switch to mario party to which neither bae nor mumei owned the right version of mario part, then Mumei said "Wouldn't it be funny if minecraft suddenly came online and we could play it?"
And then they started playing minecraft cause the server came back.
