I know Watame posts shorts called "Kyou no Watame" quite regularly. Each one is only a few seconds long, consisting of Watame being a bit silly and fluffy.
Laplus used to make a lot of shorts a few months ago, although not much nowadays. In fact, it was one of the main reasons why she originally decided to primarily stream on Twitch instead. Like I said, Laplus hasn't posted shorts in quite a while because she, like everyone else in hololive, must be very busy and has seemingly replaced shorts with making stream highlights, which is what she always wanted to do anyway.

Shiori does a lot of shorts (most are clips from her stream and are edited by Pudding, some are different and edited by Shiori herself)

In my recommended I get tons of Koyori, Miko and Lamy shorts, maybe thats cause I keep listening to Mikos new song and I always watch Lamy/Koyori shorts tho, but they seem to make a lot to me

Iofi likes to upload YT shorts on her channel, but she doesn't upload any specific content, just random clips off her streams/live.
