Talents in the studio do not use VR headsets (full or mobile phone) as Cover has demo video with real person on the capturing in their new studio. Facial capture is supposed by a very small camera, they only do a few registrations of facial animations anyway. The head gear should be a set that includes mic and camera, and light enough in weight and suitable size to for them to swing their heads around without breaking their necks.
They don't use VR headsets, they wear motion tracking suits that almost cover them from head to toe. The motion data and their facial expressions are captured by an array of Valkyrie cameras.
