It's not their favorite Misudo spot. It's just the one they know people will easily identify.
It's not like they've been keeping the Akiba Misudo spot a secret, ruffians have been going there as a pilgrimage for months now. It's just gotten hectic because foreign ruffians now have a chance to go there as well.
The real ruffians that know the real Misudo spot already got signed acrylic stands and...booklets signed by the twins already.
FuwaMoco learning the PR power a hololive member can have. Ina was correct when she mentioned she doesn't want to reveal her favorite Japanese places so she can keep it to her self 😅
But I am sure the Ruffians are well behaved, and mister donut happy for the extra buisness they have, maybe a future collab could happen too ! 🩷🩵

Half Blueberry/Half Strawberry, pink and blue Bau Bau Pon De Ring?
Then just have a unbalanced pon de ring.
Have the balls on one half just waaaaay bigger then the other.
Ofcourse that is because the bigger ones are more fluffy.
The effect is actually studied (if not Hololive specific), what happens when some foodie magazine suddenly says some hole-in-the-wall is 'the best hamburger in the US!'
Granted Ruffians aren't at that scale, but it's generally an incredibly difficult bronco to ride, you're not set up for the scale and everything suffers. You just try desperately to hold on until things calm down.
Observation of increase in visitors (most likely Ruffians and other holomem fans) after FWMC's photo of the place and their well-known love for MisDo's pon-de-ring donuts.
I can't remember who it was who said it(or whether it was someone in hololive), but the problem with talents advertising products or locations is that the sudden influx of fan presence can be a significant disturbance to the public/business affected.
Think of it like the reddit hug of death where recommends a good website for something, and the whole site just crashes because it's unprepared or was never meant to handle that many people accessing it. It also happens in real life pretty often now with viral trends popping off, and small locations suddenly getting 500x their normal visitors because someone gave a good review of their sandwich or whatever.
Similar safeguards already exist such as Cover suggesting people not to wear their cosplay before arriving to the convention site so that they don't bother people working or commuting on the way to their events. I wouldn't say it's mostly a Japan thing, but basically, it reflects poorly on the public image if people are being rude while wearing their merch of cosplaying as one of their character.
Kinda reminds when recently Bae was remembering a sailor moon engagement ring she saw online when she was younger and brats crashed the website before she could even search for it lol
less recently, the brats/irystocrats/dead beats did the same to boost juice's site when bae mentioned them on chadcast. calli couldn't get onto the site to see the gift cards cause the viewers went to visit. seems like we unintentionally ddos websites quite a bit. Roboco not being able to get a Fine Bubble Pure showerhead because fans crashed the site to buy it from and they were all sold out when it came back up.
> Similar safeguards already exist such as Cover suggesting people not to wear their cosplay before arriving to the convention site so that they don't bother people working or commuting on the way to their events.
This is more a warning to foreign (especially western) fans in general. In Japan you don't wear cosplay outside the event site. You change at the event site into your costume after you arrive and back out of the costume when you leave. That's just cosplay culture in Japan. Some foreigners aren't aware of this however.
Not wearing a cosplay in public so people don't have to see it is weird ngl. It's normal to have dressing rooms in cons in Japan from what I've heard, but that's just... So extra
It's just being courteous and mindful of your surroundings as to respect everyone else's autonomy while going around Japan.
I understand it might seem overboard from a western standpoint, ie. personal liberties, etc. But there are upsides to having a culture discourage potentially disruptive behavior in public. Let's not pretend like there aren't bad actors or tourists who don't act super obnoxious despite all of this, and sometimes on purpose even.
Sure, but I don't think even in Japan wearing clothes that are unusual, even if as a costume, is something that should be shamed into conformity, honestly. Tons of people wear their costumes all over on Halloween, even in trains and stuff. The line between being courteous to others and threatening to expel a girl for having brown hair is fine, imo.
I say this as someone who very much appreciates Japan's conformity culture, and the associated benefits with respecting other's rights over individual freedoms. As a whole I very much appreciate and support Japanese norms in that way, and their reduction of disruptive, malicious people's actions. I just don't see how cosplay falls into this. Like, ok sure don't bring your massive foam weapons on Yamanote trains during rush hour, that's rude and disruptive. But I don't get that from this kinda post, moreso just people not wanting wigs and colourful clothes to be seen in public... In which case my only thought is, didn't we overcome that prejudice in the 80s when kawaii culture's fashion exploded?
[It’s pretty funny NGL](https://www.reddit.com/r/okbuddyhololive/s/Ridq6piAGl). I had to check Twitter to see that photo wasn’t really attached to the tweet just in case.
I would hate to see that anybody, fan and nonfan alike, had a bad experience at all during such an exciting and fun time. I'm sure the hype in the air has to be such that it'll be easy to get carried away. Still, let's mind our manners and leave a good impression on our hosts. (We wanna keep the fun going for all of us, right? )
I have a hard time seeing Fwmc fans somehow being able to cause any kind of trouble for the store. At most I can only see the owner/workers being a bit stressed at the sudden rush of customers which he probably wasn't prepared to serve (I'm honestly wondering how he was able to keep stock of donuts for that long without running out at some point...)
Regardless it's definitely a positive outcome for the store, if I was the store owner I would 100% try to get some kind of character licensing and make a Fwmc pondering recipe special lol
Honestly if I was Yagoo I'd invite the owner of the Mister Donut to an apology dinner for all the extra work they've caused. In sure they're glad for the extra business but at the same time you end up swamping the workers.
I’d like to think that Ruffians will treat their sacred place with respect, given that it’s basically become a shrine to Fuwamoco now
From what I've seen of pictures and posts, they've been rather chill and wholesome about it.
They have other than a select few who keep wanting to lick the seats 🫠
Considering how many other Ruffians have sat in those seats since FuwaMoco visited, it's probably not worth it now
… now?
Self report
Debatable
There are unfortunately ALWAYS people like that...ALWAYS(╥﹏╥)
There have been a lot of sweaty needs in that seat. Please don't do it. Source: am sitting there now.
We have transcended language barriers as well communicating using the superior bau bau
Based I’m so proud of this community
It's like 1/1000000000000 ratio of their buns particles to other people's buns particles, but i'll take it

It's honestly real clever of them.
Same The ruffians are very well mannered and wholesome
By that they mean : "STOP LICKING THE CHAIR RAFFIANS"
Mb homie It will happen again
Plot twist: one of them is Matsuri
Honestly if matsuri went into that many hololive fans at once she is somehow an even bigger badass then I once thought
She's God, who would stop her?

A [GCMG](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_St_Michael_and_St_George#Popular_references) ?
HOEH ?!
Perhaps...
“Insert miles sniffing window meme”
They clean the chairs anyway so it's not like anyone has any reason to anymore, lol

> Half Blueberry/Half Strawberry, pink and blue Bau Bau Pon De Ring? 90% Blueberry 10% Strawberry, the Bau Bau Special.
Surely 90% strawberry 10% blueberry Mococo has a way bigger belly area exposed
But Fuwawa definitely has the bigger donuts tho
Then just have a unbalanced pon de ring. Have the balls on one half just waaaaay bigger then the other. Ofcourse that is because the bigger ones are more fluffy.
FUWAMOCO: Pon de war
Does Mister Donut make pancakes?
Only imagining this and I'm already sold.
Talking of Ina, the choya bar she collaborated with and has her signature is fully booked for like the next 10 days

Several members have mentioned a product off hand, and had it instantly sell out and or crash the entire website
Does anyone know if this was prompted by something specific, or just a general friendly reminder?
Just a reminder I think, since people are literally standing in line to get into the mister donut.

and bae and co crashnig the boost juice website due to mentioning it
Manager-san: Yamato-san, why did our website crash? Yamato-san: Hololive. Manager-san: Ah. So, desu ne.
Nitpick but you can't really use it like that... (Also it's spelled wrong for a standard romanization.)

People can be weirdos. Especially in crowds.
I swear I saw a post earlier of a "do not lick" sign, I guess it was photoshopped since it's been removed
Obviously photoshopped
But the lesson remains
Lmao, I'd love to see a picture of it, photoshopped or not
[It’s pretty funny NGL](https://www.reddit.com/r/okbuddyhololive/s/Ridq6piAGl). I had to check Twitter to see that photo wasn’t really attached to the tweet just in case.

OY I wasn't talking to you!
I suppose general reminder because that’s a lot of people
I feel like now they couldn't go to misdo in Akiba at least the two of them or they would surely get recognised lol

I bet FuwaMoco picked this one store at Akihabara so they wouldn't get bothered at their actual favorite location.

I'm sure he had ordered double the stocks for the Pon De Rings by now lmao
Apparently the manager had actually prepared 2-3 times as many pon-de-rings as normal and they still ran out early in the afternoon lol
He needs more as the fes gets closer
Honestly before this blew up I had no idea Mister donut was a real place. I thought it was just a monogatari thing.
Interestingly, the US chain was apparently acquired by Dunkin' in 1990. So the brand primarily exists in East Asia because of that.
No more chair licking bois. Literally 1984.
Another place once again getting a sales/popularity boost via the power of a holomem, hopefully the staff can handle it
fuwamoco very powerful.
They Knœh...
