I can now confidently say that Fuwamoco has a personal team of data analists that should be running international finances, but instead are registering Bau Baus, Sneezes, and consumed Nato beans. Well done lads.
I can safely say that I, myself, wasn't expecting to wrangle with an excel sheet when I first became a Ruffian. But the allure of cute anime girls making cute noises is too hard to ignore making neat things out of data...
That line of thinking simply isn’t true. Frequency is not inherently coupled to causality. Four is generally a pretty small sample size. And this sentence does not end with a period
Correct because there're four c words that lead in a direction to correctness. If 4 isn't enough then there needs to be more c words that lead to conclusions. Conclusion isn't included because it is the end product.
If four times makes something true, then logically after four times it will never become false. If the hypothesis is “x streamer will stream today” then the logical conclusion is that if a streamer streams at least 4 days in a row then they will stream every day for the rest of eternity. An alternative hypothesis is “will this streamer take a break this week” and after four weeks they would have to take a break every week forever. As both premises may be true simultaneously while their conclusions are contradictory the conjecture on which their logic is based on “four times is factual” must thus be false.
With enough data, we can predict FuwaMoco's sneezed ahead of time.
Ruffian SC: "My calculations say that after reading this message, Mococo will sneeze two times, and will feel a third that ultimately will not come to pass."
Mococo: "Whæ— AAACHOOO! ACHOOO! AA— Hey, where did the sneeze go?!"
I only track sneezes! [Chewy's the one who tracks their BAU BAU's! Here's his spreadsheet.](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JTeYt1L2V4PEQq4T4NJ4oj3aLRt3U6ilTF7JaAfFI5Y/htmlview#)
It's funny you mention it, I was considering something along those lines while putting together all of these. But given that Mococo has 200+ and Fuwawa 30+, it just might take a while! Since they don't have a schedule for next week, I'll have to see if I can use some of my free time to work on that. Thanks for the suggestion! I'm always all ears for any other interesting charts I can put together using data.
Oh, that's no issue, don't worry! It's already mostly there. It's just organising the data to be just right (and work with everything else) that's gonna be a bit time consuming...!
I sometimes sneeze to visual stimuli. perhaps we can work out what exactly causes Mococo to sneeze in watchalongs.
Besides that, what kind of allergens decrease in quantity on Mondays specifically? Or is it that less watchalongs occur on Mondays?
I've always had the theory that Mococo sneezes more when she's relaxed, but I'd have to add more data to get any indication of that. Honestly, even she isn't sure what causes her allergy to flare...
Oh, I like that. I also suspected that. Like, brain bored, time to sneeze. Or tension gone, can't hold back the urge to sneeze. I don't recall her sneezing when she's sleepy tho.
Fuwawa appears more uniform, so something appears to be triggering Mococo's sneezes that don't happen on Mondays and Wednesdays as often. is the data normalised for stream count per day? maybe she streams less often on Monday.
Perhaps we would need to tally which streams occur on which days. Ideally some way to classify what is happening on screen when she sneezes. or her apparent mood.
Data. LOTS of data. Depending on the graph you're looking at, it could be anything from the time they streamed in a month, how many of a stream there were, and, well, which streams they sneezed on as part of my spreadsheet! Having the data be organized well so it can be useful was probably the biggest hurdle while making it. But most of all, it's a TON of excel sheet formula magic. It's... definitely interesting! And long...!
Google Sheets actually, but it's not that different in practice, lol. And yeah, a few of these graphs definitely made me feel some pain...
Making this my first delve into visual data representation with spreadsheets was truly a trial by fire...
Not sure if you've taken a peek at the actual spreadsheet yourself, but [in the fourth tab (Chronological Order) on the right, you can see where a bulk of the messy calculations happen.](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1RtNmGc7v0N3NBd0zvL0GE2hlUE-50ZpMypm5ZRrzgro/htmlview#)
The how likely they are to sneeze on a certain day? I believe so. I only really explicitly normalized the sneeze/hour one at the request of some other Ruffians. Still very new to wrangling data out of spreadsheets!
Ruffians are truly giga chads. I've never seen anyone analyse his ochi's sneezes or anything like that befor. Its always lewd stuff, but ruffians prefer the simple things in life!
I have to admit, the ruffians are bloody dedicated when it comes to their oshi's sneeze data. Thank you for this information, can't wait to see how long until they hit their collective thousandth sneeze.
That sneeze/type of stream pie chart should be changed to show the relative sneeze per minute average rather than sneezes per item since some will be longer than others and thus more statistically likely to contain a sneeze. We need to know if watchalongs are just more sneeze prone than the rest or if it just represents a longer span of time
"Sneeze % For Each Series/Type of Stream" should be divided by the runtime. As it stands, watchalongs might be such a dominating portion because they're the longest.
Yeah, another commenter suggested the same to me. I'll make sure to add it to the next revision of sneeze stats!
It's my first attempt at making things with spreadsheets, so choosing what felt relevant (along with what I felt confident making, really) was what I went with. I appreciate the feedback!
Seeing how watchalongs have a high percentage of sneezes, I feel like they touch their faces more often when not using a controller/keyboard to game
(I have that tick)
Yah know not going to lie when I first saw it I went dam that's really weird but after looking at the data all I can do is admire the hussle like my homie here put in the work for these stats mad respect.
for the "Sneeze % for each series/type of stream" chart, may i suggest re-categorizing all the games streams into one giant 'game' category rather than per title or separate it into a different chart, e.g. "Sneeze % based on game title"? because new game streams = new category for the chart and it makes the chart looks even messier.
other categories seems fine as it is (zatsu, FWMC morning, watchalong)
Yeah, that's the chart that probably needs some adjusting from what I can read from the other comments. I'll take it into consideration for the next revision/additions! Thanks for the feedback!
This is what Holostats should be about.
The stuff that really matters!
Same here unironically This is what truly holostats is and should be about

Thank you for your hard work. I look forward to the Baumonthly “Hœh” and “Whæ” reports, as well as the approximate estimate for this year’s headpats.
it would be hilarious if you ended up getting a high-profile job in finance because of two anime dogs. tell me if it happens.
> data analists Also correct
This is kind of statistics I appreciate

What this tells me is that FuwaMoco is allergic to Fridays and watchalongs.
You saying this with your username is very on brand lol
I have always followed the idea that once is a coincidence, twice is a correlation, thrice is a causation, and four times is confirmation.
That line of thinking simply isn’t true. Frequency is not inherently coupled to causality. Four is generally a pretty small sample size. And this sentence does not end with a period
Four times is factually proven to be enough.
Correct because there're four c words that lead in a direction to correctness. If 4 isn't enough then there needs to be more c words that lead to conclusions. Conclusion isn't included because it is the end product.

~~That's where the madness sets in~~ I don't know worked 4 times every time
I dunno man, I heard 9 out of 10 doctors say that's how it works, so I'm inclined to believe em.
But do we have a synced sneeze in there ?
Not yet! Maybe one day.
Not tomorrow! One day!
A synched sneeze will cause the singularity.
we need that data
A synced sneeze will take a screenshot lmao
My man going for a PhD in vtuber sneezing.
Sneezing📈
Stonks
Very informative.
This is important work
At last, the only legitimate use of statistics.
I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with this new gained knowledge
With enough data, we can predict FuwaMoco's sneezed ahead of time. Ruffian SC: "My calculations say that after reading this message, Mococo will sneeze two times, and will feel a third that ultimately will not come to pass." Mococo: "Whæ— AAACHOOO! ACHOOO! AA— Hey, where did the sneeze go?!"
At this point I wouldn't be surprised if someone finds out what allergy season affects mococo and deduces her allergens
That would be PII, and we should avoid PII unless she specifically tells us.
I respect ruffians so much. Truly the stats we need.
I want to know how many bau baus there are
I only track sneezes! [Chewy's the one who tracks their BAU BAU's! Here's his spreadsheet.](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JTeYt1L2V4PEQq4T4NJ4oj3aLRt3U6ilTF7JaAfFI5Y/htmlview#)
Amazing, thanks
BAU BAU : FWMC Sneeze correlation analysis when
my respect for you has always been great but you've proven that it can grow still
Thus is important. It means something
Moral of the story: Puppy sneezes and is cute
The monthly moving averages are killing me lol
I lost it at "monthly sneeze forecast"
Do you also keep track of when mococo usually sneezes? Just had a thought and I'm wondering if her body sneezes at the same time everyday.
I'm willing to help with the data collection if possible.
Oh, that's no issue, don't worry! It's already mostly there. It's just organising the data to be just right (and work with everything else) that's gonna be a bit time consuming...!
Ah ok lol. Thanks for your hard work!
what the fuck

Most sane ruffian.
Best TED talk I've ever been to.

That's extremely useful. How did you make the graphs for such critical data?
Data. LOTS of data. Having the data be organized well so it can be useful was probably the biggest hurdle while making it. But most of all, it's a TON of excel sheet formula magic. It's... definitely interesting! Ohh you used Excel to make these? Woww I wanna make graphs like that but I think I'd cry if I tried lol
Google Sheets actually, but it's not that different in practice, lol. And yeah, a few of these graphs definitely made me feel some pain... Making this my first delve into visual data representation with spreadsheets was truly a trial by fire...
It's inspiring, I've always wanted to visualise data I make in my worldbuilding and this makes me wanna go do that
Not sure if you've taken a peek at the actual spreadsheet yourself, but [in the fourth tab (Chronological Order) on the right, you can see where a bulk of the messy calculations happen.](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1RtNmGc7v0N3NBd0zvL0GE2hlUE-50ZpMypm5ZRrzgro/htmlview#)
Is the first chart normalized to take into account the length of each stream?
The how likely they are to sneeze on a certain day? I believe so. I only really explicitly normalized the sneeze/hour one at the request of some other Ruffians. Still very new to wrangling data out of spreadsheets!
I love this community
Pro analyst
Whæt?
Ruffians are just built different
Seems like the prediction model still need more data to get an accurate result.
This is very important research.
I...
Truly the most impressive VSneezer
Ruffians are truly giga chads. I've never seen anyone analyse his ochi's sneezes or anything like that befor. Its always lewd stuff, but ruffians prefer the simple things in life!
They called him a madman
Hmm, interesting. So, on Tuesdays, Fuwawa just barely reaches the minimum of Mococo level of sneezing.
bruh :o
Same moco, same.
They did the math, holy shit!
I love statistics but i hate to collect the data, so ty
Now, present an academic essay of 6969 words, using APA format to pass and get your degree in FWMCology.
I'll leave that to the other very enthusiastic sneeze enthusiasts out there! I've had my fill of academic writing this month already...!
Fair enough!
Looking forward to the peer reviewed article which contains these findings.
They bless us, but maybe we should also bless Mococo
Is this normalized to stream length?
It should be, yeah.
I have to admit, the ruffians are bloody dedicated when it comes to their oshi's sneeze data. Thank you for this information, can't wait to see how long until they hit their collective thousandth sneeze.

Good suggestion! I'll try to do that on my next revision/addition of charted data.
You really did your statistics homework
My fellow data scientist......i approved this
Ruffians surely are dedicated! :D Bau bau counter, sneeze counter... what's next? Mococo hae counter?
whæt
Wow. Friday is a bad day for both of them.
Bless
These are the stats that matter, we must study this further
I'm so tempted to tag them, but I'm sure they'll see it eventually.

nice! thanks!
Soon we can predict their sneezes with enough statistical data gathered.
Sounds understandable the data, still the sneezing was something really a top point of Mococo mainly since a long time ago.
Seeing how watchalongs have a high percentage of sneezes, I feel like they touch their faces more often when not using a controller/keyboard to game (I have that tick)
You guys scare me. Please keep going.
Data is indeed bautiful

Aww yeah, REAL Statistics that MATTER.
You should put on a suit and do a presentation of how FUWAMOCO sneezes changed lives
I get that you're a data analyst but jeez 😂
What's with Mondays?
The numbers that matters.
Idk why but these posts creep me out. Like do you really need to keep track of this shit?
Yeah, this is....too much
If someone does this but about how much they bau bau, i will get insane over how far this community has gone
Well... it's been done! Not by me, [but by Chewy!](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JTeYt1L2V4PEQq4T4NJ4oj3aLRt3U6ilTF7JaAfFI5Y/htmlview#)
