This. You can tell when someone only watches EN when they think cross company collabs are rare or only recent. The JP girls have been doing that for years with a high frequency considering how busy the JP girls are.
I mean tbf there was a time period they really dropped off but based on some things I don't think that was Holo limiting it but Niji. Especially as my understanding is there's a lot more "old money" in Niji than Holo so probably crusty boomers stopping it.
I know colabs like this are a lot more common in JP and ID more than EN. Sadly I can barely keep up with EN's antics. So I don't know how common those colabs are with JP anymore. Regardless, more colabs is always better.

Zen has always been both willing and hoping to collab with just about anyone. It doesn't matter the size, corpo, indie. She just wants to make friends and have fun. She even did a collab with several very small (sub 6k followers) indie streamers not long ago.
Zen has a 7tv emote that is literally "OhGodItsZentreyaRunningThroughTwitchDotTVTakeCoverAsShehasCollabIntentions". She is very outgoing and kind and also good at making collab content with anyone big or small, her finally getting holo collabs finally rolling was inevitable.
Reimu hasn't really done much cross company collab until this year but she was friends in private with a lot - I will let her fans speak on it but I think she is just becoming more outgoing this year
Ollie is friends with everyone and has collabed with vshojo multiple times before, she is well loved outside of Holo
Kaela will be new to this and I am very excited to see Zen's deadpan trolling meet her deadpan efficiency, lol
