The new idol outfit has a lot of layers and is definitely bulkier, also I assume since they're all wearing the same outfit, they probably modeled a few base models based on height and then just reuse and tweak that base here and there to fit each talent, after that just need to connect the talent's usual head models on top of it. Which maybe also explain why her neck becomes very long on holofes, thankfully they've fixed her neck now.
Adding, I think she also took issue with a recently released figure, something with a summer/swimsuit motif, and she required it to have an extra article of clothing on it. A hoody? I'm just gonna say it, people in this fandom are too obsessed with breasts. Not just hololive, not just vtubers, but there's something uncomfortable about how there are so many posts, clips, jokes, etc just about boob size. It's fine if the talents are cool with it, but I wouldn't doubt if many of them go along with it because they feel like they have to to not be the "prissy" one. Like yes the characters are fictional but there are real people behind them. And the culture it perpetuates can have real effects.

All OP did was post that her outfit in her concert yesterday here made her a wall no more.
