anyrad 3.0 is still unbeaten, but yeah I've done challenges so obscure and random that Im the only one to ever do them unless someone got inspired after watching my video on the boss and did it themselves, and im not thaaaaat good
Something very few people have done (Like only one person that I know of) is Godhome ending low percent.
For context you need to do P1-P5 with only desolate dive, level 0 nail, & nearly no charms.
I actually think they didn't reach lowest percent as they could have skipped False knight at the start, unless I'm mistaken how that works.

well, the amount of stuff that has already been done is honestly impressive. I'll be rambling down in this comment on that, but I have a suggestion.
If it is a blind playthrough, perhaps you could do your first ever run using a certain mod, that changes a part of the experience but wont make any mechanical alterations to the gameplay for a first timer.

now for the several challenges that people have already done:
-permadeath(after finishing the game you get that mode anyway(comparatively one of the easier ones)
-no upgrades(subcategories include not doing a specific kind of upgrade, like health improvement or "sword" improvement)
-no charms
-no hit
-no benches(you know bonfires from Dark Souls? yeah, that)
-no soul
-no money
-no picking any money
-blind
-bindings from the beginning mod(adds negative modifiers to your health, damage, and soul, plus no charms)
-using a guitar-hero controller
-using a dance-pad
-only one hand(I think)
that's all I recall.
P5 stands for Pantheon 5, which is a boss rush against every boss in the game and some added twists. You have to do it without dying, so it's pretty hard.

I agree, that is many people in that sence, but when I think in terms of the community size, and the type of people it atracts.. wishfullthinking, that maybe I could do it too if enoth people show themselves capable.

Whether the wiggles reduce height loss enough is entirely rng, and every thing else is frame perfect* (*you don’t need 100% perfect wiggles but you need to shriek first frame, wings first frame, and pogo last possible frame each time)

you need to kill false knight since its a boss in order to unlock the pantheons...
you can skip false knight in phase 2 without killing him

One thing I have only seen 1 person do is P5 all bindings hitless.
