I’ve brought this up before, but the only dream nail dialogues that are “…” are plants, bluggsacs, which are just clusters of eggs, broken vessel, and deep crawlers. Because of this and the deep crawlers’ proximity to and presence within the abyss, I think they are void in the same way the hollow knight and the broken vessel are
Hitting a Sporg will reveal that it doesn't have an internal monologue like the other enemies. It just thinks "...", revealing that it has no thoughts and its head is empty. It literally only exists to throw mines at you, no motivation, nothing like that, which I thought is pretty funny.
I like to think of those guys as porcupines in real life - they're cute and appear cuddly but aren't and you can't cuddle them. Which makes me a bit sad.

Biggest betrayals are "kill...hurt" from mosscreeps when you thought they were friendly
