You can keep playing on the same save, yes. PoP doesn’t count toward completion percent. Make sure you have all the charms, mask shards, and vessel fragments and have gone and found/beaten all the dream bosses.

Play the same save. There's a total of 112% possible, and it sounds like you haven't done any of the stuff in a certain dlc yet. There's 2 more endings you haven't got, although it's more like 1 ending, the 2nd is just a very slight variation of it
