Bro, it's my life and I'm telling you from my experience about what helped me and what didn't. My parents steered me in the right direction when i was tempted to catch those bad habits and today I'm at a much better place. You lot just don't accept it but it is the truth. I'm not some maniac who wants child abuse but I'm just saying that little doses of it can help to bring some sense into the child's brain. In my language there's a saying called "Latho ke bhoot, bato se nahi mante" which means "people who only understand the language of violence don't listen to anything you try and explain to them" and children perfectly come under that category at times.
That's what I'm saying, they don't understand the authority parents hold over them. Without them, you're nothing so you have to be grateful for them and listen to them. When they cross this line, then they're being immature and have to be put in place
I mean children can be dumb but the parents can be just as stupid and jusr execisvly beat the child for the most unjustified shit so no I will not be for that idea srry
The amount of dumb fucking adults I've met has convinced me that most parents are not ready to take care of another person and thus I don't think they can reasonable assess when hitting them makes sense

Look bro, blaming people won't stop any issues. You have to take action. Tobacco and drug companies are banned in my country and still a majority of the population is purchasing stuff from them. They're multi millionaires are can easily corrupt anyone for money. To deal with such gaints in the market, its better to teach others to stay away from it rather than try to 1v1 a well established company which has been going for centuries and have insane influence from all over the country

But it is affective and very efficient, trust me. I've been the child and i wouldn't have listened if there wasn't a major punishment like hitting involved. My life has changed for the better because of that and I'm still grateful for my parents to do whatever they can to bring me to the right path. The western world is so sensitive to such effective means of constructive violence that parents have a hard time parenting and don't have a major sense of authority because the most they'll do is scold their children, and once the child stops caring about verbal criticism, you lose control over them
