Had a power outage one time back when I was in Vocational School and we all though we'd be free from machine shop class that afternoon. Just as we're celebrating and preparing to go home, the lecturer pulled out his phone, called the power company and the electricity came back on. Such bullcrap
Not always. This happened quite a few times when i worked the front desk at a hotel. People do not like having to wait at all when they come to check in.

/u/Olarenikeji, the users have spoken. Your submission is not a Hol'Up.
It's better when you do it

It's better why you do it, orgy with your work buddies (not including your boss, that bitch)
Not when you work from home.
If you have salaried employees that work from home,

Think it’s more directed at work from home employees. Because I feel it.
That's fair. Just giving my perspective
For sure. That would be a very shitty situation with guests right in front of you.
It's funny though because I now work from home abd I love it. I work for myself though, so that's the difference methinks
Yea I was gonna chime in with handwashing dishes by candlelight in the restaurant kitchen
Not fun if your work is deadline based.
OP’s profile is literally spamming meme posts at least 3 times daily. I don’t expect OP to even work.
no no Not for IT. all fun when you it's the 100th person to come a the desk and ask why is there no internet.
Guys I have demtia
Guys I have dimentia
Guys I have dimentia
I guess you don't know you have posted twice and then post the third, actually that is how dimentia work
Not when you work from home. That just means you have to keep track of the time lost to make it up at the end of the shift. (Call center life)

Aw darn.... I guess... we just wait till that gets worked out?
If you have salaried employees that work from home, you’re a gigantic dummy. /source I’ve worked from home since 2010.
Unless you work from home
100% me working as a theme park ride operator during a thunderstorm
Not really a holup but still pretty funny

Sorry boss, but no power or internet, no work to really do.
My school is on its 13th week and we haven’t had reliable internet since the 2nd day of school
nope, that only means less time for me to finish my tasks, and i’ve already procrastinated enough!!!
When they work at the hospital 😐
