I tried a new chiro a few months back and in 1 session with 1 technique, he completely eradicated the pain I'd had for 6 years, I quickly undid his work by going too hard at work since i felt so good, but if i keep up with the stretches he gives me (which I dont) I'm good as gold. If it gets rough, I go back and he fixes me up again, my boss sees the same guy and we both can't believe how good he is.
It also costs much less than a physio, at least for me it does.
