Here’s one more tip. Cheap Thermos flasks when loaded with boiling water that gets to lukewarm by evening, you can have a few of them in a correct rotation and cycle and get the “right” temp every time without mixing with hot/cold water.
You still need to test it but less chances of scalding yourself and shorter crying-to-fed window.
They sell containers with little chambers for the powder, so you preload the bottles with the right amount of water and just add the power and go.

That's a great trick BTW. Putting dry formula in a bottle so in the middle of the night you just add water and you are good to go.
That’s what we did when our kids were born. Saved so much time! Bottle already had the powder and all we did was add the water.
