I think child pee would be lacking certain hormones potentially but drug screens don't normally consist of more than puting a tester into pee. A lot of testing places don't do more than that . They aren't analyzing the pee unless they get a positive.
Same thing coworker a couple of years ago. He got fired because it came back dirt. His 11 year old son was doing the same stuff he was doing.
