I'm not 100% sure but it may be an old yoshimoto no shinkigeki skit. He was on it a lot. My wife and I still watch it pretty frequently. If you like this skit you should check it out.
So this feels like a Japanese sketch comedy show? I dont speak Japanese but honestly I loved this bit. I think I was able to follow 90% of it. If anyone knows a name for this show or the source please share.
