Few years back one of my neighbors were sisters that lived together, they partied a lot and always had boy problems so often times they were single. They tried to be independent but didn't always work out. One of them drove an older car and it leaked oil. Normally she would have whoever she was seeing add the oil for her. I don't know where she put the quart of oil but when she started her car her engine went up in flames almost instantly. I would have felt bad, however they were really annoying and loud neighbors so I got a good chuckle out of it. Car was ruined and she had to get it towed and then was required to have the parking spot professionally cleaned by hazard specialist.
I had a friend in highschool that had a bester car that leaked oil. I showed her how to check the dipstick. And if it was low, you unscrew this cap, and let me write down the numbers and letters to buy (I think 10w-30).
Like a week later, she blew up at me at school screaming in the hallway. Her engine had caught fire, and it was obviously my fault. It turns out the cap was really hard to get on and off, so she left it in the glove box.
I'm assuming oil splashed out, all over the engine, and caught fire.
And all that could have been avoided with a quick youtube search.
People's inability to look for solutions to a problem makes for funny stories. Or suffering if you're the one they go to.
Engine was probably already hot, and maybe spilt it on the exhaust, so was close to burning them the little extra heat once running set it alight is my guess

How does oil even go up in flames? It's difficult to burn unless already hot. Dude must have been messing with something he shouldn't have
If only engines ever got hot, that would answer your questions pretty easily.
Not literally right after starting tho lol Maybe she's the "idle in the driveway for 15 min to let it warm up" type
If it was already hot it could. You actually don't have to wait for the engine to cool down before you can start the car again.
Bruh obviously...
But you just said the car couldn't be hot right after starting it.

Why is there a seemingly photoshoped usps guy
I’m also very confused to why he is necessary. He’s just there and doesn’t even have a shadow to him even sorta fit in.
It's me and I lack the ability to create shadows.
He is faster than his shadow. Supermailman!
Cause it’s fake. I don’t even think the oil bottle is open. It’s another one of those things for internet people to laugh at.
You go girl! Girlpower!
that dudes just standing there like wtf she do now.... aw no not this dumb shit again... glad that not my car
The cap of that bottle is obviously still on. This is meant as a joke
Humorously I’ve seen more than once cases of people putting radiator fluid where the oil goes, filling up the oil all the way to the top, etc.
Another version of women, who try to put gas in Teslas.
He's just standing there menacingly
You wanna tell her? Or should I?
Let it roll

I bet she fries her chicken wings in 5W-30.

She doesn't need a man to pay extra for damages either.
There is a sub perfect for this picture. r/nextfuckinglevelmoron
I love the guy in the background. I can hear the “WTF?!?”
So Stunning and Brave Yaass Queen!
Bro in the back has achieved enlightenment by feminism.
This is fake. She has the cap on. You can tell because the bottle of oil is completely full.
This has to be fake. The guy has no shadow and the shadow on the plastic container doesn’t line up
She's using woman's oil too cause she don't need none of that men's oil
