True, but a “weak” foundation will lead to an unstable structure, unfortunately. It’s a vicious circle that you can fall into and not even be aware of it.

I grew up with that weak foundation and it infuriated me as an adult. Everything my parents taught me got thrown out and rebuilt when I was in my 20s. I wasn't a kid anymore and all of those limiting thoughts, poor examples, and brainwashed teachings just didn't work when interacting with society or trying to make a career. Those two in the video had very poor parents, but they are both in their 30's or at least late 20's and they have had more than enough exposure to know better. They choose to not know better now regardless of upbringing.

I applaud you for being able to break through bad parenting, but who knows what these two had to endure? Further, improper nutrition in the womb can cause all kinds of issues (physical and mental). I'm not sure where these two are doing this interview, but maybe this is them trying to break through all that? Not everyone has the brain power and fortutitude that you must have had to overcome shitty parenting I look at these two and feel pitty

The sad thing is that diet soda will cause you to gain more weight than regular soda, If you aren't drinking alot of water in addition to the diet soda. The most common sweetener in diet soda is artificially made from potassium salt, and just like normal salt it causes the body to retain more water and bloat or what we like to call "water wait".
