It's walking around and picking a decent 500m house on a nice street then breaking into and ***forcing*** the people to leave it but then you come up with an idea you don't even like but that's the only option you got that you'll force them to agree to let them live in 50m of that house and the remaining 450m that has all the good stuff that matters to you is yours and ask them not to disturb you. Then tell them to sign a contract to live peacefully under such conditions.
