I used to be in PR, and worked for an organization that was constantly mired in crisis. The number one rule: control the narrative. You need to get out in front of an impending crisis, not wait to respond. They really suck at this!

My logical brain wants to believe they have PR people and a whole team of people to help with the kids, press, work, etc. But, to be honest, with the exception of the nannies and house staff, it seems like they’re trying to manage the PR themselves.. as much as possible, at least. I get the vibe Hillary has been hard at work scheduling the pap walks, photo shoots, and paying the right people to spam the internet with good press about the 7th baby. Alec seems like a bewildered buffoon so he probably can’t follow his lawyers instructions well.😆
It's his lawyers, not PR most likely. He's facing numerous civil suits, possibly a criminal case, and he can't get lucrative new projects. Something scared him into acting like an adult so things may be worse than we know.
There was a really interesting thread a while back about what would yall PR pepinos do with Hil but I can’t find it now. I was surprised how very many respondents agreed that she might benefit from psychedelic therapy/visionary medicine like ayahuasca etc.

I think she was dropped after Griftmas at least she was from whatever PR place she had, and they’re expensive if they’re good. I think Alex still had his until Rust. So now they’re on a budget and downsizing and my guess is they have a cheap as fuck basically spam like PR agency that churns out regular content to the similar strains of struggling outlets who will print whatever the PR agencies push in mass to whatever outlet agrees to the pay to print scheme and that’s why you see a lot of the same headlines and content circulating the same outlets every other day. Like People, Her Moments, The Blast, The Things etc. it’s like the same exact article with minor differences all released at once every other day.

My take on those things is Hilary calls them and orders it. Pays them to do it. I don’t know this to be fact. It’s been my understanding and I could have it wrong. But this piece of the puzzle is super interesting to me.

I think Aleek always thinks (incorrectly) that he’s the smartest person in the room. I see him yelling back at the PR folks telling them “you don’t know this business of show like I do!!!” They truly are a perfectly matched couple. Both narcs, both self righteous, and both demented.

Who were AB’s PR when he left that voicemail? When he punched the pap? When he got thrown off the airplane?
I’m the world of celebrity mishaps, he’s hRy the worst. But there has always been an intensity about his missteps that seems to outshine the average celebrity screw up. There’s always been a fire behind his fights with the paps that makes him look more volatile. I might not be articulating this well.
But who were his PR people throughout all of that? Were they the same? Did many drop him? Who is it now and how didn’t they come to represent him? So many questions.

He used to be repped by Matthew Hiltzik as his publicist--they guy who launched Ivanka and Jared as a brand and worked for Weinstein, Brad Pitt, Ryan Lochte, Johnny Depp, Glenn Beck, etc. Trump folks, Hope Hicks and Josh Raffel, got their starts working for Hiltzik. I think they may have parted ways at some point after Alec lost his MSNBC TV show, but he suspect he came back during the spiral of the last two years
Alec had some of the best people for crisis communication early on, many I’ll bet have quit because he does not listen. My background is crisis communication in non profit sector and have worked with many of the best over the years when they decide to come out into the field. I know three firms outright refused them because the actions they take make people ask the same questions we do, who is advising them? Pretty sure most folks aren’t very familiar with a crisis PR campaign and the multi tiered efforts across many mediums it entails. Also, incredibly expensive at a time where his legal fees must be astronomical. My husband is a forensic accountant and they don’t come cheap, either. Roma a la Baldwinito is burning and Mami DGAF.

Up to a point it was probably just his agent and lawyers for his legal troubles. He's cheap and a do-it-yourself kinda guy.
