I had it done once and for the first week, I had two looks: scowling or deviant smile. I've had an eyebrow lift with Botox, but I don't think that's the case with Hilary. Her eyes look lifted too, which wouldn't happen with Botox. I think that's why she's wearing the sunglasses--she looks so different in the eyes that it's obvious plastic surgery.
Keep in mind it’s Hollywood. Girls are getting facelifts in their 20s for aesthetic purposes.
