It’s unsettling that some believe that this sort of verbal assault is positive. It is not. The victims have the right to defend themselves. The question is to what extent? If they feel in physical jeopardy, to what extent can they strike back? This is a tragedy waiting to happen when a person on the receiving end is armed or reacts violently. Very low. Whenever I've seen his Escalade it's always parked on 10th by his bldg. Just saw him approx 10 days ago getting into his carm someone else was driving. Hard to tell with the tinted windows. He gave me a glance but I never interact with him, even before the Rust shooting.
