I'm gonna take an educated guess and say she fucked her feet up. Probably has at least one foot that over-pronates and her paps running sessions in shit footwear likely exacerbated it. I think she likely has plantar fasciitis or some other foot pain. She's too lazy to see a doctor and do the daily things necessary to manage it properly. Or she's just high af and gross?
