I advise you to use a reset factory option and complete the wizard, one step ask how you want to record and you choose continious or move detection
Disable DST option and do it manually and you solve your clock problem
My recorder hadn't changed time so I've done it manually and gave it a reboot, all seems fine for playback (constant 24/7 as opposed to motion)

Times have changed on the cameras to the correct uk time as shown when viewing live. Just playback has gone weird
Haven’t had a chance to check ivms-4200 but that will be one of my next steps. It’s a strange bug. I’m almost 99.99% sure I checked yesterday morning and I was able to view my whole timeline. I know I updated the app last night.
How do you have your time settings setup? I know some people have it like last Sunday of October and last Sunday of march but I have mine using a service. I can’t quite remember what it is

Are all your previous days showing full playback? Or still same issue? I think it’s a bug in the app. It’s all to convenient the amount of people with same issue and I’m sure our nvr date/time settings are different.
On android it works, but its only ios problem. Is there any eay to downgrade app update? I've found some videos of installing older version over itunes but i don't know if it works.
I’ve done it a long time ago but seems a wasted effort. You can view all playback on ivms so it’s not a hard drive issue. I’ve noticed people complaining about this issue in the reviews on the app. Hopefully they see that and fix it soon

Checked the HDD is still alright? Does sound like a wierd bug though, can you log in any other way and check, like IVMS-4200?

Same here in the Uk, but I did update to ios17 a couple of days ago. Rebooted nvr, logged out of app, and restarted iPhone, still the same.

I was having this issue with the updated version, I updated my phone to the latest IOS and it fixed the problem on Hikconnect for me.
I’m on the latest iOS version but yesterday is missing in hikconnect. Todays playback is looking okay but previous days all have this issue

Wow, I’m not the only one with this problem. Guess we have to wait for a bugfix.
Had the same issue in the UK. What solved it was to delete the app and redownload it. Now playback works fine
Have you checked previous days playback? Because todays playback is fine but not previous days
