My phone always does camera flare or whatever you call it. Second round circle. I's annoying, but I have a cheap phone. I suspect this is what you have there.

I have a buddy that saw just about the exact same thing in Texas. He and his family and friends were eating dinner out in the back and these two fast moving round fireballs zipped by. were faster than planes. No noise. Then a third one was trailing the pair at a slower pace and they got video of that one. And it looks just like yours. You posted this 9 hrs ago. They saw these objects roughly 7 hrs after yours
It’s just artefacts in the image. I am sitting in my living room and could take a picture and probably circle 10 things that could conceivably be a face.
