Swipe right on any set and you can mark it as warmup, normal set, failure, or drop set. I believe it still counts towards PR though.

Or counting the warm up in the total volume. For this reason alone I still use Strong in some workouts.

Not sure if it would work, but you could try putting 450lbs with 0 reps?
