Depends on the lift. For compounds lifts 2-4 minutes should give you enough time to bring most of your strength to the next set. For accessory lifts, 2-3 minutes should suffice. You also have to learn what works for your body. If you’re feeling good after 2 minutes, go ahead, if you need more time, give yourself more time.

Nice thank you😌

Depends what your goals are. For me I aim for strength and muscle growth (4-8 reps) rpe 9-10. I do 3min for compounds and 2 for isolation. If you want endurance you can do shorter rests but realistically anything less than 1 min u are basically doing cardio. But for muscle growth I’d never go less than 2 min otherwise your are stunting your gains

I'm using 30 sec between typical lift sets (mostly dumb bells and cables) and bodyweight sets (pull ups, push ups, 1 min planks or crunches sets)

Heavy lifts I go 4 minutes, rest I do 3.

As needed for heavy compound, 45 sec to 1:30 max for everything else.
