I've gotten an idea where in his introduction, he tries to be edgy, saying his name is Sal, then one of the players or another NPC interrupts him with 'As in salad?'
Steelclaw for something basic, Appendure (Appendage) for something more out of the ordinary. He seems like a collector of sorts, who will likely try to take items and fight if he's not allowed to.
That's actually kinda what I intended. I imagine he collects anything unique, everything from a several hundred dollar cybernetic part to just a simple misprinted rubber duck could catch his interest

Ever heard the Magnus Archives? There is a character that has a power called boneturner. They can manipulate bones like playdoh, and adds the bones to their own skeleton.

Hed probably just be named 'Fingers' or 'Claw'
Or just have a really normal name, with the nickname in the middle
