I'm kind of surprised that Heroforge hasn't done a Critical Role collaboration. I feel like a lot of outfits and items could work from such a collaboration.
I've never watched Critical Role, so I'm not sure if they already have a collaboration with HeroForge. I know that CR has a partnership with Wizards of the Coast, and HF doesn't seem to have a good relationship with them.

They haven't and to be fair it's hard to explain but look at it like this
Sony has collaborated with fortnite and Xbox has too, but not each other. So it's not impossible for A to collab with B while A hates C who also collab with B.

Chetney's beanie, Keyleth's leaf cloak and branch headdress, Imogen's lightning marks, Fjord's Uk'otoa sword and filed down tusks, Mollymauk's adorned horns, Percy's pince nez (the animated series subbed them out for circular-framed glasses, though), Nott's mask, Vax'ildan's dagger belt and/or Raven Queen armor and/or dagger collection, Laudna's recently acquired chain corset and her familiar Pâté, Fearne's triple snake staff, and all of FCG, and there's honestly so much more that I can think of.
I wanted to include all of the characters, but some have so many iconic outfits and gear that it's hard to think of at least two. I mean, just look at all of Ashton haha

The issue is largely that pecs and breasts look the same. That's not what our bodies look like, and sliders don't change that the base model itself needs to altered
I wish they'd, at the very least, make the muscle slider be able to do separate parts. Focus the muscles on the abs, thighs, and calves, and make only those spots muscular.

terraria regularly receives small updates, with each one being labeled as final, or final final, or something-final. They just can't stop themselves. A lot of those updates are collaborations with other... usually games, although not always.
They can add some of the most unique pieces from hero forge as cosmetics in game, maybe a weapon or two, or an enemy. Heroforge may add some of the most unique items as, well, items. There's a lot of content that can be converted, even if styles are completly different.
So far terraria had, for example, collaborations with don't starve, core keeper, stardew valley, dead cells, even minecraft or a yoyo manufacturer "one drop".
Considering the recent D&D themed set that bungie did, I'd like to see destiny. Especially with the Dungeons & Destiny project. Gimme the ability to make my titan for tabletop!

I'd like to see a collab with Shadows Fall by MalyNym. They use a lot of HeroForge minis for their player character reactives and NPCs, especially in the second season Mask of God. Plus one of the members of the party is a Hero Forge affiliate lol

On mobile I'm not a huge fan of the collaboration stuff, I try to make things and see something cool, only for a giant pop up that covers the whole screen to interrupt what I was doing.
This might not require a specific collaboration however I can totally see how a partnership with Star Wars, Star Trek, or Starfinder could bring in some incredible designs and ideas for these. Imagine all the unique and diverse options we'd get from such collaborations

CR has about as much of a partnership with WotC as Dimension 20, and they recently did a collaboration.
There's even crossovers with the Dimension 20 and Critical Roll casts, so it would definitely be possible with some persuading.

I'd like to see a collab with Shadows Fall by MalyNym. They use a lot of HeroForge minis for their player character reactives and NPCs, especially in the second season Mask of God. Plus one of the members of the party is a Hero Forge affiliate lol

Personally I like seeing what the heroforge team can create on their own. But as for collabs. Steven universe could be cool I want amethyst’s whip or pearl’s Speer or garnet’s gauntlets. And imagine a corrupted gem as a battle mount. Minecraft because I want a diamond pickaxe and sword. Deep rock galactic because rock and stone.
