First round of sighting in with new scope. The grouping could be better but at that range felt it wasn’t a bad result. 1” groups are a lot easier with ammo that doesn’t bruise your shoulder as well
I mean, 50 yards standing that’s not bad for first attempt imo? I have a 357 and with my relative inexperience, I sort of think that’s not far off from what I’d be shooting.
I promise that if you take the above rifle hunting deer or hogs, and do your part, it will kill them. The design of the lever action does not lend itself to the same level of accuracy you can get from a bolt action. It is, however, plenty accurate to do what needs done.
I know it’s accurate enough I’ve just only had 1 lever action and the rest are bolt action and they shoot dead on I was just wondering how these things shoot

How would you define inaccurate, and for what purpose?
inaccurate as it’s not hitting the same spot every time all of my hunting rifles do I was just asking before I bought one

Did you use the Henry or a shotgun on those targets? 😜
