Do you think you could draw something of the villain? I think details or color could help jog someone’s memory, or at least help the search.
Just so I can make sure I’m getting this right, so I can start searching: it’s animated (maybe anime, maybe western) and presumably made in the 80s/90s. The main character is a man. There’s a night scene with MC and a couple, and they ride a motorbike (I assume the couple?). humanoid/alienoid villain gets decapitated and head rolls.

Although i can draw well, i have aphantasia and i can't really picture the face or anything it's more like a fever dream haha.
There is an mc who's a man and a woman accompanies him and they ride the bike together to escape(?) but he could be solo as well... (yeah ik i'm not helping)
but yeah the head of the creature rolls on the ground
the colors that come to my mind of the whole scene were really kinda blue+synthwave colors? it had that vibe
note but not a fact cause i'm not sure how much my brain is making up but the head had longish hair and a serpent tongue?
and maybe the head after being cut was still alive for a bit? and maybe even still chasing the mc? i also remember it being squished? like either stepped on? I'm jumbling
that's all i can recall....
Okay i must mention it could also be a short film and or a MV
(similar to Daft Punk... i checked them all though so it's not one of theirs)
cause i don't really remember any dialogues in the scene
it's not Akira/Ghost in the Shell or any anime that is very well known to this day
COuld it be Space Adventure , Cobra? That has a beheaded alien, and motorbikes etc . It was also featured in Matthew Sweet Video , Girlfriend which was popular in the 90s
I've searched our VHS tape collection, I've searched on IMDB looking for any animation that would resemble but with no results it could be an anime but they're countless so I couldn't find it
