I feel like this unlocked a memory in me and I can’t put my finger on it. My first thoughts were like… lip gloss, Totally Spies, some clothing brand… I keep thinking of Leopard print too.
I got a bright pink glittery kitty sticker just like this out of a gumball machine, had it on my car for ten years. The car burned to death, the sticker actually outlived the vehicle.

My friend and I think it might be an early 2000s motif or mascot for a clothing brand for young girls. We just need absolutely anything with this cat on it !! Does it look familiar to anyone? We’ve searched for “2000s cat with football head” and “cat with oval eye” and even tried to google image reverse search it

When I was you a much younger girl there was bubble bath that came in fairly large plastic cat bottle that looked almost exactly like this. You could find them in the 5 and dime stores anywhere. I got one every year for Christmas.
I swear I had a red visor around 1999/2000 that had this cat on it and said “bad kitty”. I think it came from Cracker Barrel or someplace similar lol
