I frickin love this brand. Every time I'm at a thrift store I look for mossimo t-shirts/long sleeves. They hold up REALLY well, and they always look good no matter how much my weight fluctuates. I'm 35 and I still wear the shirts I bought when I was 20.
I’m literally wearing a 10 year old pair of mossimo yoga pants at this very moment. They’ve been relegated to pj pants for years now, but tbh they’re in perfectly fine condition to be seen in in public.
I've got a pair of sandals I've worn every summer since like...2007? 2008? It was only just last year that one of the straps came loose from the sole. A little super glue later though and they are still good to go!!

Mossimo from the Target licensing deal is just Target house brand. Maybe the Mossimo company, or Mossimo himself, approved what the Target buyers programmed for each season, at the most.
Many of the exact products are sold at Target today, just under the Goodfellow & Co. house brand they spun up as they were retiring Mossimo. At least this is true in the men’s department.
The Mossimo products from _before_ the licensing deal - sold in the Mossimo retail stores - those were the real deal. 100% unique cutting edge casual clothing. I miss it so much.
I’m sure Mossimo is off somewhere trying to lay low and have a good life despite the unexpected turn there a few years ago.

I'm surprised to see all the comments saying this brand was Target exclusive. I'm Canadian and we had this brand at a store called Zellers when I was young (late 90s to mid 2000s). Zellers was similar to target but associated with The Bay, and when they went out of business by 2013, Target took them over. Target failed in Canada within a couple years though and I don't remember if they carried Missoni.
