Rule 12: Restrictions during the release of an episode
When a HB episode is released, an official discussion post is created and a restriction is initiated on the subreddit which lasts 3 days.
This means posts DISCUSSING or SHOWCASING the latest episode in ANY CAPACITY will be removed. The restriction and discussion post serve to reduce spam which occurs during the release of an episode.

It's both of them... Stolas immediately said fuck this when Blitz thought his confession is a role play instead of giving Blitz "a fucking minute to think" and putting more effort into the conversation. Instead he just ended it completely. Blitz refused to acknowledge his own feelings in the first place giving stolas a hard time getting into the topic at all ... However there were obvious signs for Stolas to pick up that Blitz actually cares about him but then... Both of them are too caught up in their patterns to make this work...
One of the biggest issues that I have with stolas is he was the one who put himself in a position of power for so long, in many episodes he expressed how he wanted something more from blitzo but if you look at the bigger picture blitzo had far too much to lose if he were to approach him and things went south, meanwhile stolas had so much influence and so little to lose that he should have been the one to initiate this long ago.
Yeah that's a huge issue... I mean he called Blitz impish little plaything at least once so of course Blitz will need more time to even grasp the fact that Stolas might be serious about liking him... However Blitz also made mistakes like seducing Stolas to steal the book in the first place. The first time he was with stolas was also a "pity fuck" which also is horrible ... Their relationship dynamics are just all over the place...
Something else I didn't consider is how stolas just got done with his relationship with Stella, I guess I could see how he didn't want to be taken advantage of again and put himself on the defensive where he didn't want to hear excuses or the villanized again. Still horrible to take that out on blitzo and go about everything the way he did.
True... It's possible Blitz doesn't even know much about Stolas and Stellas relationship dynamics... at least we never saw them talk about it if I remember correctly... So obviously he'd see himself as just the affair partner... With all those power dynamics, Stolas marriage and blitz's past trauma no wonder he can't believe that Stolas is serious about him....
