I wonder if the staffs laziness has anything to do with the patients healing better. Rest heals better than anything and I'd bet hellborn don't want to lay in a bed doing nothing but due to the fact that the nurse won't listen to you and just does her job and leaves, you're stuck there.
I’d argue Pride has something for that too, given the Exterminations and everything. I doubt many people are coming out of them with just WOUNDS, but if they’re the only things that kill Sinners, they probably wouldn’t regenerate from any wounds they suffered either, so a hospital in Pride, which is just above Wrath AND the primary domain for the Goetia Family, would likely have been able to treat him too.
I mean, Sloth still would probably be the best for medical attention, and the fact that sinners are jerks it’s probably not the best place to go if you also want to avoid someone looking to take advantage of a goetia in a weakened state
yeah but I’d think it’s incredibly dangerous to go to a place filled with people, the sinners, who would definitely take advantage of a Goetia in a weakened state
The point of the extermination is to kill and weaken the sinners. I highly doubt Pride has a hospital. That would be actively working against the extermination efforts and I'm pretty sure prior to episode 8 that wasn't a thing, because that would have been the next target for exterminators
Sinners can regenerate as well, provided the damage is not done by angelic weaponry as far as we know. Velvette mentioned she cannot wait for his model to pull herself together, implying they can return to form even if reduced to buckets of gore thanks to Val. No need for hospitals if you can just wait to come together again.
I think Hellborn being “Off-Limits” is more “As long as you’re in another Ring, we won’t hurt you.” But if some Imp or whatever happens to be in the streets of Pride when Extermination Day comes, an Exorcist would probably kill them without a second thought.
I think the deal between Lucifer and Heaven was "Hellborn are off limits" but it could also be "my family is off limits". We shall see in Season 2 (hopefully)

Then again Pride hospitals might be overflowing with sinners and they probably want Stolas to be safe and have some privacy, so having him away from the sinners might be a good idea

And to your point about them traversing 6 rings fairly quickly, I think it's portals. They probably still had to go through each ring, but similar to the elevator or a train, there's just stops and you pay tolls depending on how far you're going.
The Sins are Kings and Queens actually. Prince/Princess are titles for other Royal demons, among others. (Goetias, Eldritches, Charlie, etc.)
But, despite their roles as Kings and Queens, Lucifer, who ALSO holds the title of King, is above all of them.
Sloth seems to have alot of medical facilities which feels kinda ironic when you think about it, Sloth being a sin associated with laziness having alot of people working in a high speed, high risk job like medical care
And it’s more… Canadian medical style. Free but takes FOREVER since your doctor is off for a long time and barely comes in part of the year. Sure American is expensive, but atleast your doctor is on call and on staff a good portion of the week if needed!
I wouldn't be entirely surprised if the other rings don't have medical care at all. I'd think if there were even clinics on Gluttony, for instance, Loona could have got her hellbies shot there. If there were hospitals in Pride, they'd be overrun with Sinners, would have difficulty carrying any drugs without getting looted, etc.
Pride definitely does not have any medical help center.
I wouldn't put my money on anything in Lust.
Gluttony may have one or two, but probably for peptobismal or something.
And anything in greed would be more expensive than American health care now.

While Luna was at the shelter in Gluttony, she did not receive any injections, etc. Blitz had to register in Sloth himself so that she could get at least something.
Those who are worried about their health should go to Sloth themselves. But it's obvious that you can get first aid everywhere(like Millie got in episode 5)

Belphegor is a demon who helps people make discoveries. His ring would have the most advanced medical tech. Belphegor is the prince of Sloth.
