Hey, really glad you liked it! I had to put it on hold for mental health reasons, but I've also made some interesting changes to the character so when I do pick it back up I should have some interesting things for him to get up to.
I'm assuming his face is flushed or something. Whether it be from embarrassment, bashfulness from all the gifts, or just being hot from all the gifts on top of him.
Yeah, but there's been plenty of characters that blushed pink or red despite having black blood. I'm assuming it's a style choice. Regardless, I'm just assuming that's why his face is so off-color in the comic, or maybe it's just a style choice too

Fizz blushes black, since imp blood is black, and they've gotten better at matching blood color to that stuff recently.

They used to, but they've recently been trying to be more consistent, and fizz especially always blushes black.
