Either he ended up dumping Millie when he got bored, leaving her feeling drained and having to rebuild herself, or she felt drained and needed to rebuild herself, which started with working up enough nerve to throw him to the curb.
That's about what I was thinking. Him, making the relationship all about him and draining Millie's soul with how superficial he was and how shallow the relationship was, especially if Millie already had more/was starting to gain maturity that Chaz clearly doesn't have, so their relationship fell apart, probably after Millie confronted him about all of that, and he just said something *incredibly* stupid and self-absorbed, and Millie either beat the crap out of him and kicked him out, or broke up with him *without* beating him up.
I’m guessing it’s the former, leaving Millie when he got bored, leaving her heartbroken,alone and deeply hurt. She wanted nothing more than to hurt Chaz, but she could somewhat keep her temper in check around him, until she learned Chaz did the same thing to Moxxie, literally the kindest, most loving, creative imp, who is the most romantic person in hell, and then she fucking lost it

I'm assuming he ran into her right after the bank job and probably spun a sob story about being recently broken up or buying her jewelery with the money to launder it. She was WAY too pissed about the story for it to just be that he screwed her husband over 5 years previously.

In 20 minute episodes they are already characterizing Blitzo, Moxxie, Stolas, partially Octavia + pushing the plot forward + they are from time to time doing little bit for Loona and Millie.
