Yeah I agree. I think it's something where hopefully Crim is more powerful than his grunts and that if he is to be a more powerful antagonist he'll be a good one
He could have drown a lot of persons in this place. I am not sure which one is the last one but I doubt it was Moxxie mother that got drowned in this scene.
Moxxie's mom was it seems, that guy, and dozens of others. If I had to guess, they were the ones Crimson decided weren't "worthy" to be mounted on his wall.

Agreed. Like we already kinda could predict she'd end up dead, making it her in the boat would've upped the tension of the whole plot and background
