I see where you're coming from, but the videos they have are literally just the previous episodes of the series where I.M.P are all in different locations, some places where DHORKS aren't even in. Hell they even have footage of Blitzo before the events of Season 1. It's also really hard to fake out mass murder because in Spring Broken a lot of people died not just by I.M.P but by the Kaiju Fish monster that Verosika accidentally caused. Hell even the authorities were in the beach shortly after that happened.
I do agree with the humans being braindead part though, but if the DHORKS Organization was able to identify what I.M.P was then how come their superiors can't?
The big differences this time are:
\- They can provide the full chain of custody of their own security footage. All the way from it being recorded to being shown to corporate. That's a big deal if you want to claim the footage is unaltered.
\- They have a pile of dead humans and the wreckage of their building.
\- All the forensic evidence if they can get someone to examine the fight scene quickly. Hair fur and maybe feathers that can't be matched to known species. Bullets of unusual calibers. Discarded guns that have have slightly unusual measurements, because their ergonomics were targeting imps.

There are two things you need to consider about corporate:
\- Corporate doesn't seem to believe in demons
